Changing your diet is always something that will take time for your body (and mind) to adjust to. Especially when you’re changing from solid food to liquid, it can be quite a daunting thought. We want to make your experience of consuming meal replacement shakes as yummy and convenient as possible!
We recommend starting off with 1 shake a day perhaps for breakfast or lunch, for one week. This gives your body time to adjust to the nutrients, the texture and how much it fulfills your hunger. Once you’re used to the shake, you can then start to up it to two meals a day and see how you feel. Adding in different fruits and milks will also make the shake a lot thicker and filling, which you will need to take into consideration.
